Do I need to be home for delivery?
No, you don't need to be home. Just let us know where you'd like the dumpster placed, and we'll take care of the rest. We'll call you when we're on our way.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Our rentals include 7 days (10 days for the 30-yard). Need it longer? No problem—just $20 per extra day. Call us to extend your rental anytime.
What if I go over the weight limit?
Each size includes a weight allowance (1-3 tons depending on size). If you go over, it's $100 per ton, prorated. We'll let you know the final weight after pickup.
Can you deliver same-day?
Yes! Same-day delivery is available when you order online. For same-day swaps or pickups, please call us at least 4 hours in advance.
Do you serve my area?
We serve Longmont and surrounding areas within a 20-25 mile radius, including Boulder, Erie, Firestone, Fort Collins, and more. Mileage fees apply beyond 20 miles at $7/mile.
What can't I put in the dumpster?
No hazardous materials, liquids, batteries, or flammable items. Tires, freon units, and mattresses have additional fees. Call us if you're unsure about a specific item.
